LAS BAYA DEL SAÚCO (Elderberry oxymel)

15.00

Las Baya del Saúco is Spanish for E L D E R B E R R Y.

Elderberries are a great antiviral medicine. They are useful in head colds and are fabulous for respiration.

These Elderberries were gifted to me by my neighbor, teacher, friend, and fellow herbalist Robert Menzies. They were picked with intention from the Elder trees he has been tending to for many years on his property. I then cooked the fresh berries in prayer and infused them into organic Apple Cider Vinegar and local wildflower Honey.

This preparation is called an O X Y M E L, which means
a c i d + h o n e y
in Latin.  Both Apple Cider Vinegar and Honey have a strong history in Folk Medicine as powerful allies during cold and flu season.

Recommended dosage is 5-20 drops 2-3 times a day.  Feel free to take directly or dilute into tea, juice, or water.

Available in 1 ounce glass bottles with droppers.

Some herbs are not recommended during pregnancy, for children, or in conjunction with a serious illness.  Please feel free to contact info@sistersofthewest.com with any questions about the particulars.
